I want to canvas the idea for discussion at the upcoming AGM that Gullewa should be wound up.

Over the last ten years Gullewa has achieved nothing except pay the management ever bigger salaries. Shareholders have received nothing. The market doesn’t even recognise the cash in the bank. All markets are tough and will be tough for the next few years. I have no doubt that management do not have the skills to make a profit out of anything in these tough times. I am therefore proposing that rather than continuing with the current strategy of benefiting only the management, the cash should be distributed to shareholders and the company wound up. If we don’t do this now, over the next few years the only other possible outcome is that the cash will become ash, as it trickles into management’s pockets.
