Norilsk bought lionore too late and sold out toooo early, 2007 & 2014, bad timing as they were onto a big winner, should have bought it 2009 in the gfc and sold 2015 just like bhp is finding out now, bhp even making same mistakes as norilsk in ni industry, not learnt nothin from them either! Bhp to sell to glencor who is now backstabbing them with rio tie up!
Jinchuan to compete against bhps japanese metal buyers, not a good pr exercise either. But the nwest sale price is ridiculously low at 300M worth $2B so BHP must sell it piecemeal as a sum of parts to get reasonable price and auction it off one by one to the locals in 2015, this sale process is dragging out forever just like the fmg infrastructure sale dragged out till they canned it in 2013.
JInchuan is the logical chinese choice for the norilsk milled ore at LJ and BSwan not bhp unless pos thinks with bhp it can buy its lienster mill for windarra permanent and buy its kalgoorlie smelter, makes me think why did pos negotiate with bhp for some 12 months sounds like for lienster offtake behind the scenes which seems like the original plan for windarra ore? Old colin knew it and kept repeating it, makes logistical sense as its a closer mill, bhp can take all the ore, and bankers will love its instant guaranteed cashflow from top dog bhp tomjustify it to their lending managers but bhp are the arch enemy arent they? Obviously not. Even fredy got this one wrong.
so why buy Bswan and LJ at any price? Unless lienster is capped and bhp long term is not the plan. The pos team is looking 5 years ahead of all of us and the market, the jiGsaw puzzle is forming before our eyes and we and many even many pos shareholders cannot or donot see it or believe it.
ITS THE TEAM fools... that great team with no cash but a great man with a great plan and idea who started it all...AF....even SIR, HANCOCK, BHP all had that one founding man and a great team with no cash...
fredy said it.. the pos team the pos mascot ie a mascot cheers for the team on the court..think about it guys... the team is way ahead of all of us ..some 5 years ahead... the plan for LJ and BSwan is for the long term tolling for wsa and sir as is the bhp offtake deal.. pos is showing the world it can do deals with global powerhouses and win, it can build a ni empire from nothing with a great team, the team of billionaires with billionaire shareholders and who create 7c to 27c in 2 months and create 20c to $2 in 12 months.
Fredy told us its the team, the team is building this ni empire before our eyes and even I am trying hard to figure it out, this team can turn a penny dreadful nto a $2B or $10B MCap like SIR, FMG, ANL like they have done before and will again. It looks like and is the same team again, the same people,some similar shareholders.. fools sold below 20c to miss out on that SIR ANL FMG spike...no way buddy no way am I missin out.
