    Agree senator, talks with SIR are likely, but to make any binding deals at this stage makes no sense, they have a long way to go to establish their mine ready for q2 2016 ( read this not sure, and we all know not everything runs on schedule). wsa is the only tolling at this stage that fits our highly suspicious change in strategy to get LJ up and running in December cooinciding with WSA' decision.
