    Interest rates in Aust look like falling. Bodes well for highly leveraged stocks. BBI still holds high quality assets with predictable cash flows. Naturally and artificially hedged. Excellent development pipeline. Asset sales on the way but no fire sale here. Either there's some awful news on the way we don't know about or this is a massive bargain at these prices.

    Just my opinion.
