In short - WIndlab has agreed to a SoA which will see it acquired by a consortium led by LT shareholder and a consortium of companies - Twiggy Forest is the chair of part of the consortium companies (Squadron Energy) - interesting to see if any of his capital is deployed into scaling up Windlab... I know LT he and his wife have very philanthropic intentions, but they will not be crying poor in the meantime.

Looks like a loan to Windlab of 20 million - even if SoA is not successful.
