received a reply from jill thomas at sdl this morning. in summary, if we vote no to hanlong, it will not necessarily cancel issuing of permit, but could cause doubt about financing for the respective governments. however, if we do vote yes, then there is a four day window for an alternate bid to be received, that is , prior to the permit on dec 18. i hope this makes things a little bit clearer for everyone.i for one, hope someone knocks on the window.
