It ain't gonna happen.....chinese want this! they have other contracts, deals in place; african govt has been shmoozed, and now they even have the extra money.....c'mon! get real, china walk away after all this? with banks now lining up the take part in the action...

this is not just about sdl digging up some iron ore.....its about ports, rail lines. its about china building "20B dollar" relationship whit africa.

this falls over CDB take an instant $200m hit on paper,
and leave SDL like a 20c shag on a rock waiting to be gobbled up for only $500m
by an xstrata, core, posco etc.
