its amazing how your viewpoint changes once finance on the table, conventions agreed /ratified. As i said before right now without african endorsement, i may accept 45c. however once africans endorse than i might say NO i want more money. Amazing how you can go from zero leverage, just plodding along to a lot of leverage, and all of a sudden china is no scrambling to ensure deal goes thru. Were not there yet . Still some twist and turn along the way.
