Unfortunately Onlytheone it never has been a level playing field since Talbot Group sold their stake. Dealing with two African nations hasn't helped either. I wouldnt worry about the permits as Baukaw says, if someone wanted this they could do a conditional. They would know the terms from the open dataroom. My guess is that the permits will come sooner rather than later but I am not sure what difference that makes.
