I have just upgraded to a new Toshiba laptop, which is pre installed with Windows 7. My previous platform was XP. I thought I was a bit of a tech whizzo, and now realise I am just a mug. A lot happens in a small time.
After 2 days of absolute frustration, I have now ordered a book called The Missing Manual, by David Pogue, which I hope will bring me up to speed, in the meantime the laptop will stay in its satchel, for about 2 weeks.
Most annoying is that it will not allow Bigpond Wireless connection without modification.
