Listening to Windsor's critique on where they are at in the formation of co2 policy, there is nothing right now to advertise!
This is fast shaping up to be on a crash course just like the original Mining Tax or Rudd's national health policy, so poorly is this being progressed (according to Windsor).
Any adds would offer nothing to the community by way of education, thus they would be nothing more than attempted propaganda to placate the anger.
I don't think they'd dare try it on at this stage.
