didn't distance himself when he stood behind MS. Gillard Brown and the group at a press conference expounding the virtues of this "tax on breathing out".

Perhaps the full impact of that he's done in following his cousin Bruce Hawker's requirements and voting Gillard on to her throne is now catching up with him.

There are times, one would imagine, when he has to attend functions, etc. in his electorate, have person to person encountersm walk down the main street, and look people in the eye. This must be becoming increasingly difficult for him. Perhaps it is these pressures from constituents, or else him finding a conscience at last, which have made him have a second look at where he stands. (Pardon the pun).

Or the stacks of e-,ails he's getting.

We must ask - WHAT was he doing at that press conference anyway? Or Oakeshott. They are not, after all, the government, as are the Greens and Labor.

He does, after all, represent a rurul community. He sold his land to a mining company. And they will all be very hard hit with such a tax, and the mining tax.
