The other key is if you owned, or even managed a restaurant, why not buy from a Supplier (DW8) where you own a piece of the pie?
That way, you get a return on investment for buying a $20 bottle of wine, whereas other suppliers will just take your money.
To me, that is a huge incentive for industry types to get involved with DW8 and profit off the transaction at both levels.
