Excellent point on the pivot being a sign of good management. Sunk cost fallacy is indeed a problem - for businesses as well as individuals - and I hadn't considered it in this context and the potential of it as a positive indicator of our management team generally.

I also agree with your final two paragraphs. I do recall an investor presentation where DT very succinctly outlined the release of value in the supply chain that DW8 was seeking to achieve. I think that was what I was driving at with my thoughts on the real tech advantage is the way it all meshes together to form our ultimate service - and in this sense, Kaddy v Market makes little practical difference.

Also with Kaddy, we have now got our main platform and some additional highly experienced e-commerce operatives.
