Hi justis
When selecting a red wine make sure it is at least 2 years old,
I do not drink as much wine as previously so my "expert" days are behind me.
I always drank red wine that I had bought and stored for 10 or more years and it was possible to get a average wine and turn it into a great wine.
But in these days when the vineyard has to pay tax on the wine produced rather than when it is sold, does this still hold true.
I understood that they were making wine to be sold tomorrow and it did not improves by cellaring wine?
