rebel, it would be a sad day if I ever have have to resort to chateau carboard. Thou some years back there was a glut of red wine we ran out of wine while on a camping trip down south WA and come across some WA red wine in a cask which is quite good.
WA wines are consistanly good and I don't think any of it gets put in casks normaly.
