I suggest that MCL could have incentive performance right deal with its largest wholesaler like Dan Murphy & BWS . Current SP is so low, MCL can offer : for every 24 can/bottle case sold( increased new sales), to award 100 shares. Capped at 50m shares, which means increased $17.5m revenue accordingly for the 50m shares, meanwhile to make better beer more popular. More importantly, Dan Murphy & BWS then become MCL’s major shareholders, saving lots of marketing fees in future also result in more tangible mutual benefit sharing.

May be similar deal can be applicable with its largest spirit wholesaler.
