The values are a bit contrived. If they put a value of $300m on the transaction, then the equivalent buyback price would be 34cps, if they put a value of $200m on it, the buyback price would be 22cps.
No cash is changing hands - effectively ordinary shareholders own 20% less in Wingellina, and 12.69% more of the remaining MLX assets (including the other 80% of Windellina)
