though corporations (China in this case) taking stake in a major commodity project doesn't have to be cash based. Its rarely an issue unless the MLX is in need of cash- and they are not, they have close to $150mill even before this annoucnement.
The key is in the 'intent'....;)
Jinchuan have shown their cards and taken a substantial interest... the wheels are starting to turn..:)
SP has been very subdued- under the radar. Only way is up.
