You're being liberal with the "we are able to utilise resins for extracting and recovering cobalt and nickel to produce nickel and cobalt sulfates for battery manufacturing". Management have stated that they are pursuing an alternative route to HPAL production. That may change but they certainly haven't said so. Most likely because the economic case doesn't unequivocally support it (yet).
