Funny but my current 1st downside target for XJO IG thingy is the same number you have mentioned @ 3430 (3429.3 to be analistic).
I will take a long position here with a tight stop IF momentum looks favourable. Break that and next stop about 4380/90ish - upside targets @ relative resistance.
I get my calc's entirely different to your lovely analysis by running a fib grid over the hourly on that last little run.
1st downside target for the DAX was met @ the 4315ish mark.
