Excellent waffle as usual. As I said yesterday, the SPX on Friday closed within my pitchfork again and continues to provide no real clue on its next major move. I suspect to the the upside, but will wait for confirmation.

This chart baffles me somewhat. I posted the link yesterday but received no feedback. Hoping that the visual may encourage others to tell me what they think. Why are commercials still heavily short and how will this potentially play out in the market.

If you have a look at optionpain.com, you'll also notice there some major $$ on the short side for upcoming opex - for example, take a look at the spy.

I'm guessing if the market doesn't move down soon, this may play out as an explosive rally to the upside.
