    You are correct.

    Originally I did it manually and got 11th.

    Then using a OpenOffice spreadsheet I have I got 10th.

    I triple checked and kept getting 10th.

    Now I retry it and get 11th.

    Maybe I used 2007 and so got the leap year effect before.

    I thought I checked that so don't know what happened.
