the way I see it, winmar will have its day in the sun.

Albert is ok.
Not a bad guy to talk to too.
He was involved with prr during the good days with Martin.
Seems to have a grip on things.
I have a feeling that it's the issues with the joint partner that is making things take so long - Winmar seems focused on what they want. They are focused on their project. I have a feeling that the joint partner has put it to the back burner, which is causing delay. It's rare to find a company that is simply focused on one project, rather than five to six projects that they distribute their time on. Winmar is moving forward. Winmar I think should raise money to buy the other 49% out straight up. I think that they should turn to Fortesque (given the already discussions that they have had on other aspects). I think that this project would sky rocket without the hinderance of the other current partner.

I will be in Adelaide and Perth in one month.
