I will preface the following by saying that the current SP grossly undervalues the resource, so there should be considerable potential up-side.

The interesting players in this field are developing cobalt along with other hi tec metals (eg scandium), tying up multiple resources, investing in downstream technology or including cobalt as part of a larger hi tec concern. The common theme is that these players are new age entrepreneurs - not traditional miners. The market has lost interest for the moment in BAR & CNJ, because they don't seem to have any bigger vision than digging the ore out of the ground and trying to find someone to buy the cobalt and nickel. IMHO the best case future for his mine and current shareholders is a takeover by one of the more entrepreneurial players or a sale to Tesla or the like. I see no evidence that the current directors have the skills to do much more than package it up and they are taking an awful long time even doing that.
