No they don’t. Adam isn’t exclusive. Mick isn’t exclusive. Julie isn’t exclusive. That’s because they aren’t getting paid hundreds of thousands in US dollars and getting tens of millions of options.
Being in the board in the past added to his experience and credentials as you say, but he is exclusively working for BRN now same as Peter and Anil.
