i'm amazed shareholders didn't see this coming. the writing's been on the wall for 12 to 18 months, and anyone who pointed it out was lambasted as being negative by company stooges matt, glyna, euser, nasty, etc.

any analysis of the FACTS made it pretty clear MMX were in serious trouble. MMX had to accept the bid otherwise PCF would have called their loan. mitsubishi have got it at a fire-sale price because it was a fire-sale. when i suggested this a few days ago all it did was raise unpleasantaries. describing RCF as loan sharks, the same response.

if MMX don't settle the CHM claim they'll be in receivership by march.
