    there are some key queries about this deal (1) burnett will allow extension pending final completion ? i think so (2)MITS does not really want to take on project,have intimated this (3)bfs not completed WHY mmx could have recouperated something towards debts (4)why did mmx not collect from govt or other for opr rights and pay out debt continue mining or do mexican standoff like sino ? MANY MORE VALID Qs
