Yes,if you want to get out and move on to your new investment at 16 cents. It is a good time to do so. Many people if they really hold the shares for so long. Most are long term investors who do not really care about profit or loss now. I am holding CNP too, but I will sell most of the holdings to get some money back and keep some if by any chance it goes up to say 20 cents. I will make some money for the interest earned for all the time holding the stock. Do you think you just want to sell and get your money back for one year wait. Not really worth it if you don't make any profits afterwards. Maybe hold some for the time being and sell the rest to invest somewhere else.
