very good news for chm but it underlines the real risk with the company. a Statutory Demand is one very small step from liquidation and given the likely size of the lawyers claim, it should'a been disclosed properly to the market. this could have gone either way and if it had gone against chm then it would have ended the company and the claim against mmx would have passed to the litigation funder under the terms of thier contract. chm shareholders would have got zip. and what happens now? me reckons the lawyers claim is going to get slashed and the final amount owing will be much smaller BUT how will chm pay it when the new amount is determined? This won't be covered by the litigation funder and it will be due immediately that a decision is handed down.
