Still no news on the DEWA smart meter project being awarded to...

Still no news on the DEWA smart meter project being awarded to anyone. I had another look on the DEWA website to determine when the tender should be awarded...no luck there.

Considering tenders are only valid for 120 days one would think the selection process would have been wrapped up a month ago. The tender bond is only valid for 150 days so that means next week. Is there a chance that all tenders were rejected or maybe DEWA will just delay the tender selection process?
