The charts I posted are from Australian Govt Website. .. Yes winter crops is less than 10 years average, but remember it is most than 70% higher than last year in NSW and VIC and 25% higher is SA. .. Weather is fantastic is SA/VIC and part of Southern East of NSW for crops as can be seen from below graph.
