this is a ridiculously silly comment
there has been huge local economic gain through the construction of the mine and associated infrastructure, through ongoing employment, and deferred mining royalties are still going to be paid, with interest I believe
and then to top it off you suggest doing some “basic fact finding” when you clearly have done none
