With certainity IMO (barring a share consolidation).
I believe the global economoy is looking at a major downturn and 1c isn't far away.
The only fly in the ointment is that 2024 is a US election year and US treasury/Fed will want to juice markets to support Biden's re-election chances.
So if SYA hasn't hit 1c by then, I'm sure it will happen soon afterwards.
