Winter is nearly done, so infections should decline should they not? particularly Queensland ( note no spread in Cairns) then Northern N.S.W., then hopefully elsewhere.
Don't deem to be an expert, and maybe Delta a bit different, but that's how it appeared last year...bar a few little hiccups, which included summer lockdowns that weren't really needed
