I would have thought current Directors directly or indirectly represented shareholdings in DRA of at least 50%.
Gunsburg/Naylor represent 16.7% of declared shares thru Brinkley & Eurogold.
Russenberger represents Swiss investors that still control around 30% of shares principally Nicolas Mathys with 17.7%
and others such as Almaz Holding & Gondwana Fund.
Peter Cordin has 3 million shares.
So there is plenty of incentive there for Directors to make sure DRA succeeds.
