Well, actually Lute, JB has been deferring FID for Namibia for a while now, waiting for the uranium contract price to improve (i.e. utility contracts, not spot (or is it Sprott these days?)). What makes you think LOT are foolish to do the same, in terms of commissioning Kayelekera? They are poised, ready to do that, once the utilities get serious about making better contracts. Today, the producers have gone up and the developers have gone down, even though the spot price has risen.
