It's just 17 years of experience trading stocks with no formal education. It's like someone who doesn't use a torque wrench because they know the torque is close enough to what it should be anyway due to their personal experience tightening nuts and bolts.
I start off buying small and buy bigger parcels the lower it gets on the condition I still believe in the company I'm buying.
I don't know if it will go lower or not.
