this article is massive news for us, an asx traded company acquiring Wirecard NZ which relied on Wirecard Germany parent company.

we have acquired the exact same service that the insolvent German arm can’t supply to their customers ... so who is gonna fill that void ?


surely if we use the exact processes and systems as wire card Germany since we acquired a direct extension of the parent company, it likely has all their details, information, data etc they used to supply the service to these companies and would make a natural compliment to their processes without recquiring much change in the business which would be expensive with such large companies potentially
