ASIC have in the past investigated and prosecuted HC posters. Can easily find evidence via a google search.
What we don't know in this case is whether ASIC are interested in investigating the damage done to ISX by the ASX, 9EC's media, social media posts or by serial anti-ISX posters on HotCopper's ISX forum threads. Such a campaign waged against ISX when ISX shareholders are still awaiting a reason for ASX's 2 Oct 2019 suspension.
