Oh so that is why ISX is suspended? Thanks for clearing that up. Did you get that information from ASX? Can you point me in that direction please? 9 months on I actually haven't seen that.

All I've seen is ASX asking a lot of questions not understanding the answers and keeping ISX in suspension until they can get someone in (apart from ISX) to explain it all in kindergarten language for them.

As ASX aren't really sure themselves why ISX are suspended they can't very well put out a statement as to why ISX are suspended.

Like you say if ISX is suspended for the reason of SOI, why not in black and white say "Dear ISX shareholders and the world, we have suspended ISX for the following reasons XYZ". Why can't they do that? because they aren't sure and don't want to look foolish (well more foolish...redface.png). Instead they say we aren't sure WTH is going on, and until we do, then you'll be suspended. Seems a bit arse over tit to me. As mentioned before, are we living in a society where we are guilty until we can prove innocence?

You say we should be suspended because the market doesn't know how many SOI? Well I say the market sent this to $1.76 knowing how many shares were on issue. If those shares aren't to be ever realized is that a negative or a positive for shareholders? Worst case scenario here in your suspension view is that the SH shares will be worth a massive amount more if crap hits the fan. So really if this suspension is all about those shares then who is the ASX really protecting here? the SH or the BOD holding all those shares?

All this time we thought the ASX was protecting us SH, but are they really? When you look at it on face value, if the ASX demand those shares are escrowed until the actual regulator ASIC not ASX finishes their investigation then SH who they should be protecting can trade their shares knowing that their shares will either skyrocket as 550 Mill (or whatever couldn't be bothered looking) will disappear from the registry or they will be exactly where we all thought we were. So this way it's a win win for SH. The way it's heading currently is a lose or 'as is' it for shareholders, so where exactly has the ASX looked after ISX Shareholders?
