Beans75/thatsgold: O.K., I get your drift now. So, FAR should take the lead where they are in CONTROL. Where is that (alphabetically):
a) Australia
WA 458-P, 100%, FAR is operator
WA 457-P, 100%, FAR is operator
BUT: Australia is NOT the focus - at least as far as I understand!
b) KENYA
L6, 60%, FAR is operator.
Here they can take the lead. But obviously, they were/are awaiting to see the MBAWA drill results in nearby L8, which in the case of a positive outcome would substantially upgrade L6 and hence lead to better farm-out opportunity. At least IMHO.
c) SENEGAL
100% and FAR is operator.
But FAR has tried and over the time-span of many years obviously NOT been in a position to attract a JV partner willing to farm-into this SENEGAL opportunity?? Personally, I do not know why, but must ASSUME that the Senegal proposition is obviously NOT that attractive to the "big boys"??! Comments welcome!
Hence, the only other area of FOCUS where FAR is in the operator role (other than in Australia) is in KENYA's L6 block. I expect that they might formulate something in this regard within the next 3 to 6 months? Again, comments most welcome.
All the best to all FAR longs.
