You have worked out that they will run out of money despite what John has said to trainwrex. Now this is going to add to your assertion that the sp will drop to .40 and then you will get back in.
I must be missing something here. If its so bad why do want to get back in. Is there something you know that we don't. With all your contacts in the industry it could be that your holding back and that you know that this is the best thing since sliced bread.
