What Comey testified under oath was that there was no evidence to back Trumps claims that his phones were tapped.
That was backed up by both DNI Director Clapper and the Justice Dept. ( The Justice Dept reaffirmed it again last Friday)
If a conversation between Trump and Manafort was intercepted as a result of the tap on Manfort's phone, it would be eliminated unless the conversation had to do with Manafort's dealing with Russian officials. That is explicit in the terms and limitations of the FISA warrant.
