Something is bothering me atm, as the fundamentals of Mining Economics would eventually level off. The Big Guys starting from the Biggest IO Producer Vale declared that .... Vale, the world's largest iron ore miner, has cut its 2015 production target by more than 10 per cent.
And the Biggest IO Consumer/Buyer have declared that they have made moves to increase their IO Productions internally by 2015... which said;
China will increase its iron ore production to 1.5 billion tons by 2015, up from 1.1 billion tons in 2010, in a bid to reduce its reliance on imports, Wu said.
I'm sort of wondering where these projected other additional IO Productions going to go. India, is there to consume, and maybe Indonesia.... But if the Big China is geared to be a lot more self-sufficient, then, the IO Market Conditions would be totally different to what we know now or what we are targeting in the near future.
It's worth the thoughts, especially if you go the long miles in investing on IO.
Cheers, RVINTL.
