I just don't see where you're coming from. SDL has stated that they are only talking to Chinese Steel Groups to select a partner from.

I'm sure SDL management have done their research and know a lot more about I/O and the project then any of us here will ever know! I put my faith in them finding the best possible partner.

If my WISCO theory is a bit off, where do you think SDL parter will now come from?? Do you think SDL management is bluffing saying they will choose a Chinese partner.
