There has been a lot of talk about SDL being bent over by Hanlong etc given their lack of bargaining power.
I imagine Hanlong are receiving a dose of karma courtesy of the CBD/NDRC condition and happily delivered by Wisco.
Hopefully deal will complete on revised timetable and we can all move on wiser for the experience!
