    that's not correct

    mail-in ballots that have already arrived at electoral offices are going to be counted first

    it takes time for in-person ballots from polling centres to be delivered to electoral offices

    the issue will be if people cast mail-in votes close to the election......however given the early mail-in vote numbers, that's unlikely to be an issue

    it actually looks like Republicans are waiting to election day to cast their votes......which means that early counting would favour Democrats
