And for more than half a decade none have eventuated.
What's changed (other than one of MSB's major sources of credentialisation has, as of today, ridden off into the sunset and other than MSB's bargaining position currently being in the weakest position it has ever been)?

If that's the case how come Teva didn't simply on-sell the CHF program to them for a few hundred million dollars? Or a few tens of millions of dollars? Or just a few million dollars, even?
