they found that the manufacture of the battery was inferior such that it tended to degrade quicker than expected....i think the materials being used by the supplier were sub standard and hence they have had to change supplier/materials.....it didnt sound like an issue to EBR but a supplier (probably cheap chinese materials) that is hopefully being addressed.......
